eglow

"The old Moon in the new Moon's arms" or earthshine as it is better known. The darker portion of the Moon is only seen by light that illuminates it via reflections from the Earth's surface/atmosphere. Taken by Les Davies using an F10 Celestron G8 on Fujicolor 400 print film.
