Comet Lulin 2009 taken from Meifod, Wales on March 3 2009, at 2130. The comet passed within 38million miles of the Earth on February 24, image by Peter Shah.

Peter says: My scope is an ORION OPTICS UK AG8 Astrograph. A fully corrected 8 inch f3.8 Newtonian, mounted on a Losmandy G11 with Gemini computer.
I use a STARLIGHT XPRESS SXV-H16 to aquire the data and currently an old Sky Watcher ED80 which is fitted with the optional Starlight Xpress guide head, to keep it where it needs to be while imaging
