The naked eye comet of 2002 captured while it was circumpolar and roughly 10 degrees in extent. This image was obtained on 7th April by Kev Wildgoose using an MX916 camera (in hires mode) and an F4 50mm lens. It is the result of stacking 9 exposures. On this scale the comet appears to be nearly stationary. The original images show a plane and a meteor. These are just detectable.
